Brussels Sprouts au Gratin
2 cps Brussels sprouts
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 cp buttered crumbs
1/2 cp grated Swiss or American cheese
salt and pepper
1/2 cp medium white sauce
1 - Wash sprouts thoroughly.
2 - Cook in boiling salted water until tender.
3 - Fill a well-oiled casserole with alternate layers of Brussels sprouts and white sauce.
4 - Season to taste.
5 - Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs.
6 - Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees F.) about 20 minutes.
7 - Garnish with parsley
