Creamed Onions II
Peel 6 medium onions. Cut in 1/2" slices. Cover with rapidly
boiling salted water. Cook, uncovered, until tender. Drain. Serve with
a medium white sauce. If desired, 1/2 cp grated cheese or
1 slightly beaten egg yolk may be added to the white sauce.
Cook 1 minute just before pouring over the onions.
