Scalloped Corn with Green Peppers
2 cps canned corn
1 green pepper, minced
1/2 cp buttered crumbs
1 egg, well beaten
1 cp medium white sauce
1 - Combine white sauce and egg.
2 - Beat thoroughly.
3 - Add corn, sugar, and green pepper.
4 - Pour into well-oiled baking dish.
5 - Cover with crumbs.
6 - Bake in hot oven (425 degrees F.) until well browned.
