Mackerel Scalloped with Potatoes
1 cp shredded mackerel
2 cps medium white sauce
salt and pepper
1/2 cp buttered bread or cracker crumbs
1 cp cooked sliced potatoes
1 - Fill well-oiled baking dish with alternate layers of mackerel, white sauce and potatoes.
2 - Season each layer.
3 - Cover with crumbs.
4 - Bake in hot oven (425 degrees F.) 20 minutes
