Salmon Noodle Ring
2 cps cooked seasoned noodles
3 cps flaked red salmon
1 cp milk
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp melted butter or butter alternate
1 cp buttered bread or cracker crumbs
salt and pepper
1 - Combine butter or btter alternate, flour and milk.
2 - Cook, stirring con stantly until thick and smooth.
3 - Add salmon.
4 - Season to taste.
5 - Fill well-oiled ring mold with alternate layers of creamed salmon and noodles.
6 - Sprinkle each layer with crumbs.
7 - Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees F.) 20 to 30 minutes.
9 - Fill center with b uttered canned peas and carrots.
10 - Garnish with slices of hard-cooked eggs.
