1 c p sieved canned apricot pulp
1 egg white
few grains salt
1 - Combine apricots and salt.
2 - Sweeten to taste.
3 - Add egg white.
4 - Whip about 30 mionutes, or until mixture holds its shape.
5 - Chill.
6 - Top each serving ot the cake with the whip.
