Fruit Salad Plate
Arrange crisp lettuce 1/2 canned pear, 1 or more pineapple fingers
or 1 slice canned pineapple, sections of mandarin oranges or
fresh oranges, 1 or 2 canned figs, and several maraschino cherries.
Serve with French dressing, or with mayonnaise which has been
blended with whipped cream.
