6 slices pineapple, drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp flour
1/2 cp bread crumbs
1 - Combine sugar and flour.
2 - Combine egg, salt, and milk.
3 - Dip pineapple into flour mixture, then in egg mixture, then in crumbs.
4 - Brown in small amount of fat.
5 - If desired, pineapple may be fried without dipping in mixtures.
6 - Serve as an accompaniment with roast meat.
