Cheese Fondue II
1 cp hot water
1 1/3 cps dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cps grated cheese
1 - Combine hot wter, bread crumbs, salt, and cheese with well beaten egg yolks.
2 - Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
3 - Pour into well-oiled casserole.
4 - Set in pan of warm water.
5 - Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees F.) 20 minutes or until firm.
