1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp flour
2 cps grated cheese
3/4 cp milk
1/2 tsp mustard
2 bouillon cubes
salt and paprika
1 - Combine butter, flour, mustard, milk, and bouillon cubes.
2 - Cook over hot wter until thick.
3 - Add cheese and stir over hot water until cheese is melted.
4 - Season to taste.
5 - Serve immediately on toasted bread.
