Creamed Celery and Eggs
6 hard-cooked eggs
2 cps cooked diced celery
1 1/2 cps white sauce
butter or butter substitute
1 - Slice eggs.
2 - Combine with celery.
3 - Add white sauce.
4 - Pour into shallow, well-oiled dish.
5 - Cover with bread crumbs.
6 - If desired, arrange a ring of thinly slice tomatoes on top as a garnish.
7 - Sprinkle with salt and a little sugar.
8 - Dot with butter or butter substitute.
9 - Brown lightly in hot oven (425 degrees F.)
