Scalloped Eggs with Rice
6 hard-cooked eggs
2 cps medium white sauce
2 cps boiled rice
3/4 cp grated cheese
salt and pepper
1 - Combine white sauce with rice and 1/2 cp cheese.
2 - Place half of thei s mixture in well-oiled dish.
3 - Add eggs cut inn half lengthwise.
4 - Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper.
5 - Cover with remaining sauce.
6 - Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
7 - Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees F.) 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
