Eggs Southern Style
2 cps hot boiled rice
1/4 cp grated cheese
1/2 cp weet milk
1 cp medium white sauce
salt and pepper
1 - Line 6 well-oiled ramekins with rice.
2 - Break on egg into each.
3 - Season with salt and pepper.
4 - Pour 1 tbsp milk over each egg.
5 - Place in pan of warm water.
6 - Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees F.) until eggs are firm.
