1/4 cp tomato juice
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp melted butter
<1/2 - 1 tsp saltbr>
1 - Beat yolks until thick and lemon colored.
2 - Add seasonings.
3 - Beat egg whites until foamy.
4 - Add tomato juice.
5 - Continue beating until stiff.
6 - Carefully fold into first mixture.
7 - Pour into hot frying pan containing the butter.
8 - Cook over low fire until well puffed.
9 - Place in slow oven (325 degrees F.) and cook until top is firm to the touch.
10 - Fold.
11 - Serve at once.
