Ginger Custard with Orange Marmalade
2 cps milk, scalded
1/3 cp sugar
1 tbsp finely sliced candied ginger
1/4 tsp vanilla flavoring
1sp finely sliced candied citron
3 tbsp orange marmalade
1 - Beat eggs slightly with a fork.
2 - Add sugar and salt
3 - Add scalded milk, gradually, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a spoon.
4 - Add citron, ginger, flavoring, and orange marmalade.

6 - Garnish with orange marmalade and whipped cream
