1 cp thick white sauce
1 egg, well beaten
bread or cracker crumbs
salt and pepper
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 tbsp minced parsley
1 - Combine white sauce, parsley, and hard-cooked eggs.
2 - Season to taste.
3 - Cool.
4 - Pour into shallow pan.
5 - Form into cylinders, cones or balls.
6 - Dip in crumbs, egg, and again in crumbs.
7 - Fry in deep fat (365 degrees .) until well browned.
8 - Drain on crumpled absorbent paper.
9 - Serve with tomato sauce
