1 cp cooked pumpkin, fresh or canned
1 1/2 cps milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp allspice
3/4 cp sugar
3 eggs slightly beaten
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 - Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices, and eggs.
2 - Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
3 - Pour into well oiled custard cups.
4 - Set in pan of warm water
5 - Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees F.) until an inserted knife comes out clean.
6 - Serve with whipped cream.
