2 cps sliced potatoes
1 tbsp butter or butter substitute
2 cps shredded salt codfish
1/2 cp thin cream
pepper and salt
1 - Cover codfish with cold water.
2 - Let stand several hours.
3 - Drain.
4 - Add potatoes.
5 - Cover with water.
6 - Cook until tender. 7 - Drain.
8 - Mash.
9 - Add cream, butter or butter substitute and well beaten egg yolks.
10 - Beat until light.
11 - Season to taste.
12 - Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
13 - Pour into hot frying pan with butter or butter substitute.
14 - Cook until brown on the bottom.
15 - Fold like an omelet.
16 - Serve at once.
