Baked Salmon and Macaroni
3 cps cooked macaroni or spaghetti
2 cps salmon
1/2 cp buttered bread crumbs
2 cps milk
2 tbsp butter or butter substitute
salt and pepper
1 - Drain and flake salmon.
2 - Remove bones.
3 - Fill well-olied baking dish with alternate layers of salmon and macaroni.
4 - Add milk.
5 - Add seasonings.
6 - Dot with butter or butter substitute.
7 - Cover with buttered crumbs.
8 - Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees F.) 1 hour
