Junket Ice Cream
1 package raspberry flavored Junket
1 1/2 cps milk
few grains salt
1/2 cp cream or evaporated milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 - Combine milk, sugar, and salt.
2 - F=Heat until lukewarm.
3 - Remove from fire.
4 - Add junket.
5 - Stir 1 minute.
6 - Pour into freezer or into tray of a mechanicak refrigerator.
7 - Let stand in warm room until firm.
8 - Cool.
9 - Carefully fold in stiffly whipped cream or evaproated milk.
10 - Place in ice and salt or place in refrigerator.
11 - Freeze
