1 1/4 cps drained, canned strawberries
6 egg whites, stiffly beaten
4 tbsp strawberry juice.
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cp whipping cream.
1 - Add salt to sweetened berries.
2 - Carefully fold into egg whites.
3 - Pour into buttered baking dish.
4 - Place in pan of warm water.
5 - Bake min moderate oven (375 degrees F.) until firm.
6 - Cool.
7 - Serve with sweetened whgipped cream to which strawberry juice has been added.
8 - If desired, raspberries or loganberries may be substituted for strawberries.
