1 1/2 cps sugar
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
8 diced marshmallows or 1 1/2 tbsp marshmallow cream
3/4 cp boiling water
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
few grains salt
1 - Combine sugar, water, cream of tartar, and salt.
2 - Boil to soft ball stage(236 \degrees F.).
3 - Add marshmallows or marshmallow cream to egg white.
4 - Add sirup slowly, beating constantly until thick and creamy.
5 - Add flavoring.
