1 cp sugar
1/2 cp honey
1/8 tsp salt
1 cp diced marshmallows
1/4 cp water
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
1 - Combine sugar, honey, water and salt.
2 - Boil to soft ball stage (236 degrees F.).
3 - Add marshmallows rather slowly, beating constantly, onto egg white.
4 - Beat until thick and creamy.
