1 cp brown sugar
1 cp white sugar
2/3 cp water
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
2 tbsp vinegar
1 - Combine all ingreients except flavoring and eggs.
2 - Boil to soft ball stage (236 degrees F.).
3 - Pour slowly, beating constantly over the egg whites.
4 - Add flavoring.
5 - Continue beating until thick and creamy.
