1 sirloin steak, cut 2 inches thick
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper
1 - Broil steak under hot flame, or in hot frying pan, until puffy and well browned.
2 - Turn frequently.
3 - Place on heated, well oiled plank.
4 - Arrange a border of mashed potatoes and buttered peas around steak.
5 - Dot with butter.
6 - Add salt and pepper
7 - Place in hot oven (450 degrees F.) until potatoes are slightly browned.
8 - Garnish with parsley and sliced lemon.
9 - If desired, steak may be broiled on plank
