4 pounds round steak cut 2 inches thick
2-3 carrots, diced
1 exican pepper, chopped
salt and pepper
1 green pepper, chopped
1-2 onions, diced
1-2 canned pimientso, diced
2 cps tomatoes<1/2 cp cooking fatbr>
1 - Rub meat with salt and pepper
2 - Pound all the flour possible into the steak.
3 - Sear in hot fat.
4 - Add remaining ingredients.
5 - Cover,
6 - Simmer slowly, about 3 hours, or until meat is tender.
7 - If desired, peas, celery salt, spice, and 1/2 cpn finely diced salt pork may be added to give variety in flavor.
