2 cps cooked ground meat
salt and pepper
2 tbsp water
1 cp thick white sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 - Combine meat and white sauce.
2 - Season to taste.
3 - Mix thoroughly.
4 - Cool.
5 - Form into balls, cones or cylinders.
6 - Roll in crumbs.
7 - Dip in egg which has been diluted with the water.
8 - Roll in crumbs.
9 - Fry in deep fat (385 degrees F.) until brown.
10 - Drain on crumoled absorbent paper.
