Cut 2 pounds pork renderloin and 2 pounds veal steak in pieces 1 1/2
inches square. Season with salt and pepper. Place alternate pieces of
veal and pork on wooden skewers until 6 pieces are used. Roll each
in cracker crumbs. Dip in beaten egg. Brown on all sides in deep fat (365 degrees F.).
Place in baking pan. Add 2 cps milk. Cover. Bake in
slow oven (325 degrees F.) about 2 hours.
