Roast Leg of Lamb
Rub meat with salt and pepper. Place in baking pan. Bake in slow
oven (350 degrees F.) until tender. Allow 20-25 minutes per pound for well-
done meat. If desired rub surface of lamb with lemon juice before
adding seasonings. A meat thermometer may be inserted into the
thickest portion of the meat. When a temperature of 182 degrees F. ) is reached
the meat is well done.
