1 cp diced cooked lamb
1 cp milk, scalded
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp grated cheese
paprika, salt, and pepper
1 - Combine milk, butter, and flour.
2 - S eason to taste.
3 - Cook over hot water until thick and smooth.
4 - Add slightly beaten egg yolks and cheese.
5 - Heat thoroughly.
6 - A dd lamb.
7 - Carefully fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
8 - Pout into well-oiled baking dish.
9 - Place in pan of warm water.
10 - Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees .) until inserted knife comes out clean.
