Custard Pie II
2 cps milk, scalded
5 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 - Beat eggs until yolks and whites are blended.
2 - Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and flavoring
3 - Mix thoroughly.
4 - Add milk slowly, stirring constatly.
5 - Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
6 - Bake in hot oven (425 degrees F.) until an inserted knife comes out clean.
