1 cp milk, scalded
2 tbsp corn-starch
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cold water 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
few grains salt
1 - Combine sugar, corn-starch, salt, and water.
2 - Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
3 - Cook over hot water until thick and smooth.
4 - Stir frequently.
6 - Add flavoring.
7 - Pour into wet molds.
8 - Chill.
9 - Serve with cream, or any desired sauce.
10 - If desired, 1 square chocolate may ber combined and cooked with pudding ingredients
