1 cp chopped ham
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
2 tbsp chopped green pepper or olives
2 tbsp chopped pickle
salt and pepper
1 - Combine ham, egg, green pepper or olives, and pickle.
2 - Moisten with mayonnaise to a spreading consistency.
3 - Season to taste.
4 - Split finger rolls.
5 - Spread both halves with butter and cover with the filling.
6 - Decorate tops with paprika and thin slices of sweet pickles or olives..
7 - Thin rounds of white bread may be used in place of finger rolls.
