1 cp shrimp
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 cp seedless raisins
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 - Wash raisins in hot water.
2 - Drain.
3 - Chop.
4 - Remove black line from shrimp.
5 - Break shrimp in fine pieces with a fork.
6 - Combine shrimp, raisins, parsley, salt, and lemon juice.
7 - Moisten with mayonnaise to a spreading consistency.
8 - Use as a filling between slices of whole wheat or white bread.
