1/2 cp butter or butter substitute
few grains salt
1 cp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 - Sift sugar.
2 - Cream butter or butter substitute.
3 -Add sugar slowly, beating constantly.
4 - Add salt.
5 - Continue beating until smooth and fluffy.
6 - Pile in dish.
7 - Sprinkle with nutmeg.
8 - Chill.
9 - Serve with hot steamed puddings or mince pie.
