1 cp apricot juice
1 cp chopped, cooked apricots
1 tbsp flour or corn-starch
1/2 cp sugar
1 tbsp butter or butter substitute
1 - Combine flour or corn-starch with sugar
2 - Add apricot juice.
3 - Mix until smooth.
4 - Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until thick.
5 - Add apricots and butter or butter substitute.
6 - Cook until flavors are blended.
