Honey Peanut Butter Fudge
4 cps sugar
2 egg whites
1 cp chopped nuts
1 cp water
1 cp honey
1/2 cp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 - Boil 1 cp sugar and 1/2 cp water to the soft ball stage (234 - 238 degrees F.)
2 - Pour slowly over stiffly beaten egg whites, beating constantly i=until stiff.
3 - Boil together 3 cps sugar, honey, peanut butter, and 1/2 cp water to soft ball stage (234-238 degrees F.).
4 - Slowly add to first mixture..
5 - Beat constantly until the mixtuer will hold its shape whe4n dropped from a teaspoon.
6 - Add nuts and flavoring.
7 - Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
