2 cps sugar
1 tbsp butter or butter substitute
1/2 cp blanched and roasted almonds
2 tbsp marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1/2 cp chopped pecans
4 tbsp grated unsweetened chocolate
1 cp cream
1 - Combine chocolate and sugar.
2 - Add cream and butter or butter substitute.
3 - Boil to soft ball stage (234-238 degrees F.).
4 - Remove from fire.
5 - Add marshmallow cream, nuts and flavoring.
6 - Beat until mixture begins to thicken.
7 - Place marshmallows in well buttered dish evenly.
8 - Pour mixture over them.
9 - Let cool, cut in squares tih a sharp knife.
