2 tbsp gelatin
1/2 cp cold water
2 cps sugar
3/4 cp boiling water
1 - Soften gelatin in cold water.
2 - Combine sugar and boiling water.
3 - Boil 5 minutes
4 - Add gelatin.
5 - Stir until dissolved.
6 - Boil slowly 15 minutes.
7 - Divide into three portions.
8 - Flavor each portion, and tint with any desired food coloring.
9 - Pour into shallow pans which have been dipped in cold water.
10 - Let stand overnight.
11 - Turn out and cut in squares.
12 - Roll in powdered or granulated sugar.
13 - Let stand until firm.
