Use any well risen bread or roll dough. Roll in shhet 1/2 inch thick.
Spread with melted butter or butter substitute. Sprinkle generously
with sugar and cinnamon which have been blended together, using the
proportions of 2 tsp cinmnamon to 1 cp sugar. Sprinkle with
chopped raisins or currants. Roll and cut like cinnamon rolls. Sprinkle
generously with sugar and cinnamon. place on well oiled baking sheet.
Cover with a warm, damp cloth. Let rise until treble in bulk. Bake in
hot oven (450 degrees F.) about 20 minutes.
