1 cp canned tomato juice
2 tbsp horseradish
1 tbsp green pepper, minced
1/4 tsp onion juice
1/2 tsp meat sauce
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
few grains pepper
1 cp shredded, diced, cooked or canned shrimps.
1 - Combine the ingredients and chill.
2 - Place in small sherbet glasses lined with watercress sprigs.
3 - Serve with crisp cheese wafers
