Spinach Salad Appetizer
1 pint tender spinach leaves
1 1/2 cps shredded lettuce
1 tsp minced onion
1 - Remove the tough outer leaves and roots from the spinach.
2 - Was leaves in cold water.
3 - Drain thoroughtly; shred and combine with the lettuce.
4 - Add the seasonings and French dressing to moisten.
5 - Arrange in small mounds on the lettuce; and garnish with the Russian dressing.
