Sliced Deviled Egg Canapes
2 hard cooked eggs
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
few grains paprika
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 small can deviled ham
1/2 pkg cream cheese
1 - Remove the shells from the eggs; and cut the eggs in halves, crosswise.
2 - Scoop out the yolks; mash and combine with the seasonings; and mayonnaise
3 - Stuff the whites with this mixture; chill and cut in slices.
4 - Cut the bread in diamond shapes. spread with the deviled ham.
5 - Arrange a slice of egg on each canape. Garnish with p[arsley.
