Onion Cream Soup
2 tbsp quick cooking tapioca
4 cps hot milk
2 cps chopped onion
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 - Add the tapioca to the hot milk.
2 - Cook in a double boiler until the tapioca is transparent
3 - Add the onions and salt. Cook slowly for 30 minutes
4 - Stir in the butter and serve with crisp crackers.
