Frosted Celery and Radish Canapes
1/4 cp finely chopped celery
1/2 cp thinly sliced radishes
1 tbsp French dressing
Small rounds of buttered bread
1/2 pkg cream cheese
2 tbsp top-cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
sprigs of parsley
1 - Combine the celery, radishes and French dressing. chill; arrange on bread
2 - Cream the cream cheese with the top-cream, salt, and paprika.
3 - Frost the canapes with this mixture; garnish with small sprigs of parsley.
4 - Chill a few moments before serving.
