Hot Oyster Canapes
4 rounds of bread
1 1/2 tbsp butter
4 large fried oysters
4 stuffed olives
1 - Shape the bread into rounds; and fry in butter until browned.
2 - Spread with the sauce tartare.
3 - Place a fried oyster on each piece of bread.
4 - Garnish with the olives cut in half.
5 - Serve very hot on small plates.
