3 tbsp butter
2 small onions, minced
1/2 green pepper, minced
2 cps sieved, canned tomatoes
2 cps water
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp sugar
1 can okra 2 cps shredded cooked or canned shrimps oyster crackers
1 - Melt the butter; add the onion and green pepper and fry for 3 minutes.
2 - Add the tomatoes, water, salt, pepper, sugar and okra sliced thin.
3 - Heat slowly to the boiling point; add shrimps; and cook slowly for 10 minutes.
4 - Serve in deep bowls with the oyster crackers.
