Whole Wheat Popovers
7/8 cp whole wheat flour
1/3 tsp salt
1 cp milk
1 - Mix the flour and salt. Beat the eggs thoroughly; add the milk.
2 - Stir into the first mixture. Beat vigorously with an egg beater for two minutes.
3 - Pour immediately into deep heated oiled muffin pans or custard cups.
4 - Bake 25 minutes in a hot oven (400 degrees)
