1 cp flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 cp milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 - Mix the dry ingredient. Beat the egg; add the milk; and combine with the first mixture.
2 - Put the bananas through a sieve or potato ricer; and add with the lemon juice.
3 - Drop by tablespoonfuls into deep fat hot enough to brown a bit of bread in 55 seconds.
4 - When golden brown, drain on crumpled paper napkins or towels.
5 - Serve with powdered sugar.
