Piquant Chicken Sandwiches
8 slices buttered bread
1/3 cp mayonnaise
2 tbsp prepared horseradish
thinly sliced chicken
2 sliced tomatoes
1 - Allow enough sliced chicken, or use it minced, for 1 layer of each 4 sandwiches.
2 - Spread the bread with the mayonnaise mixed with the horseradish.
3 - Put on a layer of chicken, then more mayonnaise, one of the tomatoes and more mayonnaise.
4 - Place shredded lettuce on this; and top with buttered bread.
5 - Cut in triangles and serve with quartered dill pickles.
6 - Canned chicken may be used if desired.
